Hi Friends,

For this month’s Little by Little Letter, I sat down with Frank O’Hara Prize-winning poet, Richard H. Fox, to discuss his latest collection of poetry, You’re my favorite horse. Richard penned the foreword for C is for Courage, my new coloring book journal for those living with cancer, and the book also includes one of his beautiful poems. He is currently undergoing treatment for cancer, and many of his poems are about the disease from the patient’s perspective. In his interview, Richard also shares his thoughts on poetry, espresso, and living with chronic cancer. I hope you enjoy our conversation, which you can find here.

I also had the pleasure of interviewing Mrs. Valma Veronica Metoyer, the author of Qu’est~Ce Qu’on Va Manger: A Culinary Journey, to discuss her thoughts on healthy aging, family caregiving, and the issue of elder abuse. Mrs. Metoyer was even kind enough to share one of the recipes from her cookbook and it is delicious! She is a delightful woman and I just adore her. I think you will, too. You can read my full interview with Mrs. Metoyer here.
